Over the past decade Jeremy has proven himself as an expert in the field of investment property sales in the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding Northern California Region.

From residential income, to multifamily and commercial properties, Jeremy's in-depth knowledge of local and statewide: market conditions, tenant / landlord rights, and real estate ordinances - sets him apart from the competition. In working with over 300 clients to successfully list, market and sell their investment properties, Jeremy has proven his ability to source, negotiate and close complex real estate transactions.

Many of his Seller clients go on to work with Jeremy to reinvest into a new property through a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange - in doing so, Jeremy helps his clients build substantial and lasting wealth.

Have questions about Probate? In addition to Jeremy's expertise in investment property sales, he has earned the esteemed designation of Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES). His client base extends to probate attorneys, estate executors, beneficiaries and other fiduciaries who he has had the pleasure to work with on several probate and trustee property sales.
